How can I see my sales? Once you’ve signed up, simply log into your Refersion Account and you’ll be able to see all your sales there.
How will I get paid? Payments will be made quarterly – for example, Q1 will be paid out in April. Payments are sent via check.
What if I make a sale and it doesn’t show up? It can take about 1-2 business days for the sale to show up in your account. Make sure that person clicked your link and is making the purchase directly from your tracking link. If it’s still not working, please reach out to us at

How can I increase sales/commission? -Add a link in your “bio” on all social accounts.
-Post on your IG & FB stories and include your unique link!
-Make sure you follow us on social media so you can stay up to date with any new and exciting product announcements and sales that you can share with your audience!
Program Terms & Conditions As an authorized affiliate of Bariatric Fusion, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read the entire agreement carefully before applying and promoting Bariatric Fusion.
Your participation in the program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by individuals who were referred to our site by you.
By signing up for our affiliate program, you are accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Approval or Rejection of the Application: We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY affiliate program application. You have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.
Commissions: Commissions will be paid out quarterly – in April, July, October, and January. Payment is sent out via check.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in charge backs, returns, or refunds will not be paid out.
FTC & FDA guidelines: - Please review our
Partner & Influencer Guidelines to ensure that you understand the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations with respect to the marketing and promotion of dietary supplements. Dietary Supplements are not drugs and cannot be discussed in the context of disease or therapeutic claims.
Important things to note – when sharing about Bariatric Fusion, you must disclose your relationship with us. Here are some examples:
TikTok: You must use #affiliate #paidpartner
Instagram: You must tag @Bariatric_fusion as a paid partner.
Article/Blog/Other: You must disclose that some (or all) of the links in your article are affiliate links.
If you have any questions or concerns pertaining to regulatory-compliant content, we encourage you to contact us at any time.
We do require that you submit your published content within 24 hours of posting to [email protected]. By participating as a Bariatric Fusion influencer, you retain the rights to your original content, while granting Bariatric Fusion the unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, communicate, and display the works, in whole or in part, for any purpose, without any further compensation and without further notification or permission.
Please note: Bariatric Fusion reserves the right to request the removal of published content found to be in violation of any of the guidelines described above.
Termination: Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading information, etc)
- Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activity.
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations.
We reserve the right to terminate your account for any violation or any reason at any time.
False Attribution & Coupon/Deal Sites: Affiliates may not generate pop-ups, coupon extensions, or any other seen or unseen action that set affiliate cookies or false attribution. Additionally, affiliates are not authorized to post their unique promotion codes on deal sites. While we understand this may not be under your control, we reserve the right to change any code that has been listed on a coupon scraping site.
Liability: Bariatric Fusion is not liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the program and/or to our website.
Term of the Agreement:The term of this agreement begins upon your acceptance into the program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated.
The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modifications are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any changes.
